We believe healthcare should be accessible and affordable for everyone. Our goal is to provide high quality care in a transparent and cost effective manner by removing insurance from the equation, reducing our patient volume, and increasing access leaving us more time to be available and thorough.
Elizabeth Sirolly, PA-C
Elizabeth has served in the Orlando community for over 15 years working in Internal Medicine and Family Practice as a Physician Assistant. She received her graduate and undergraduate degrees through Clemson University and Marywood University.
Her focus has always been preventative health. She wants to get to the root cause of your issues and do her best to manage them through a comprehensive approach. She values connecting with her patients- learning about their life, family and interests.
In her spare time, you’ll find her and husband chasing after their two small children and planning their next trip. They are avid travelers, having visited nearly 50 countries and backpacked on an around the world trip several years ago. If you bring up your recent vacation at your visit you may get more than you bargained for and have to tell her all about it.
Brittany Rivkin, ARNP-C
Brittany, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, is a Florida native and has lived in Orlando since 2012. She received her Master in Science of Nursing through Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Florida State University.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in Cardiology and Gastroenterology. She has been working in Primary Care since 2016 and loves providing excellent care in the Direct Primary Care setting.
Brittany, her husband and two sons share a love of travel and trying new foods. You can often find them outdoors and being active together as a family.
Dorie Goldberg, PA-C
Dorie has been practicing medicine as a Physician Assistant for over 27 years. After receiving her degree from the University of Florida in 1996, Dorie worked at Family Medical Center in Orlando where she earned the trust and respect of her patients and colleagues.
Dorie loves a good logic puzzle, which makes her an inquisitive and effective medical provider. She works with patients to pinpoint the cause of health problems and together they strive toward optimal health. Dorie transitioned to Rethink Health in 2023, which is the perfect fit for her. Direct Primary Care allows for more one-on-one time with patients, which is Dorie’s absolute favorite part of being a medical provider.
Born and raised in the sunshine state, Dorie loves being outdoors and spends time grilling, camping, and playing with her dogs.
